Dr Ceri Evans is a forensic psychiatrist and independent consultant working with clients in the area of performance under pressure. After graduating with distinction in medicine in his native New Zealand, Dr Evans was awarded a Rhodes scholarship to Oxford University. While gaining first class honours in experimental psychology, he played professional football in the English Football League Championship. Dr Evans is also former representative for the New Zealand football team, with 85 caps, and a 5th dan karate black belt.
After training in psychiatry at Maudsley Hospital in London, Dr Evans completed a PhD on traumatic memory. In addition to private clinical practice, he has worked across the spectrum with leading medical, corporate, government, legal and security forces specialists. He has also been involved with a number of elite sports teams and individuals.
