Ingredients
Method
Empty the Marie biscuits into a large Ziploc® bag (or any transparent bag).
Using a rolling pin, crush the biscuits until crumbled fine.
Remove from the bag and empty into a large bowl.
Add cocoa powder and walnuts.
Using a large wooden spoon, mix in the condensed milk, stirring well.
On a flat surface lay out some cling wrap.
Pour the Marie biscuit mix onto the cling wrap and roll into a flat sheet.
Sprinkle the desiccated coconut all over.
Now carefully roll the mix from bottom to top like a Swiss roll. It will now be shaped like a log.
When done, wrap tightly in cling wrap.
Chill for at least 5 hours for it to take shape.
To serve, cut into slices.
Store in an airtight box in the fridge.
