Praise for the author:

This book is going to change the perception of mithai.
John Abraham

I’ve always believed that Indian mithai has the character, technique and the flavour combinations to challenge any western dessert. It’s amazing to see Rachel explore these strengths and blend her training with tradition.
Ranveer Brar, chef, TV show host and author of Come into My Kitchen
