In the course of her career as an intercultural coach, Aarti has coached executives and leaders to effectively transition across roles, levels and geographies. 

Her latest book, How Women Work: Fitting In and Standing Out in Asia on gender and the corporate culture enriches and deepens our understanding of women’s leadership across 6 countries in Asia. Aarti observes working women through a pan-Asian cultural lens to distill relevant insights for both men and women.
