They have created their own music genre. And in years to come, when it will be an accepted category, it’s going to be pioneered by Palash and the boys.’-Shaan, singer and musician 1998 saw an abrupt explosion in Indian popular music. Palash Sen, a doctor from Delhi had arrived with his band Euphoria. With colourful videos, earthy sounds and mesmerizing performances, Euphoria would achieve tremendous success as a people’s band. But the rock bands called him a sell-out. And the film industry called him unworkable. This is the story of Palash Sen, as told by him in conversations with Ashish Kate.
