About the book

What’s the one word parents like, but kids dislike? Habits, more particularly good habits! But what are good habits, and can they be any fun at all?

Join the family of Meera, Avi, Rati and Nivaan as they discover that habits can make our daily lives better, more active and also more exciting!

Ashdin Doctor, ubercool habit coach and motivational speaker, helps us understand the importance of being patient, being curious, eating healthy, being grateful, learning to save and more, through some very relatable episodes out of the lives of Nivaan and his family. Look out for the colourful illustrations that bring to life our zestful characters!

The Book of Good Habits is your friend, philosopher and guide to improving your habits.
