Deepa Kannan is an Allied Functional Medicine practitioner, Ayurvedic health counsellor and yogini. She focuses on merging the deep science of functional medicine with the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda through her practice, OHA. Having a son with an adrenal condition gave her a deep insight into the working of the adrenals and the stress response as it relates to all health and sleep.
